Lavish Lawn Care Services

Welcome to Lavish Lawn Care Services. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our site or hiring our services, you agree to comply with these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Services Provided
Lavish Lawn Care Services offers professional landscaping and lawn maintenance services, including but not limited to mowing, edging, trimming, mulching, leaf removal, and seasonal yard clean-ups. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location and season.
2. Service Area
We currently serve clients in Fulton County and Henry County, Georgia. Requests for service outside of these areas may be considered on a case-by-case basis and could incur additional fees.
3. Service Appointments
Clients are responsible for ensuring accessibility to the property on the agreed service date. Locked gates, loose pets, or any obstruction preventing service may result in a missed service charge.
Lavish Lawn Care reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified in advance when possible.
4. Pricing and Quotes
All estimates and quotes provided are based on the current condition and size of your property. Prices may vary depending on the complexity or frequency of services requested.
5. Payments and Fees
Payment is due upon completion of each service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, Zelle, and other methods as specified by Lavish Lawn Care.
Late payments may result in service interruption and a late fee.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a service fee.Lavish Lawn Care Services does not issue refunds for completed services. However, in support of our Lavish Promise, we are committed to client satisfaction and will take all reasonable steps to address any issues or concerns regarding our services.Clients must report any concerns in a timely manner by contacting:

📞 (678) 497-5627Each case will be thoroughly reviewed, and if services are determined not to have met agreed-upon expectations, corrective action will be taken. Lavish Lawn Care reserves the right to deny a refund if the service was completed as scheduled and no legitimate concern is presented.
7. Liability Disclaimer
While every effort is made to avoid damage, Lavish Lawn Care is not liable for damages to underground systems (e.g., irrigation lines, sprinkler heads, cables) that are not clearly marked or disclosed by the client prior to service.
Clients are advised to remove any items (e.g., furniture, toys, equipment) from lawn areas before the scheduled service.
8. Modifications & Termination
These Terms may be amended at any time with the agreement of both parties. Termination of service by either party must be submitted in writing.If the client chooses to terminate the agreement after materials have been purchased, the deposit will be non-refundable, and a $200.00 inconvenience fee will be invoiced to the client.
This fee is subject to the same payment terms outlined in Section 5.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to the current Terms.
